Returns for Defective Products Only
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product you received is defective. If you believe your product is faulty, please follow the steps below:
How to Request a Return for a Defective Product:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@acupforeveryone.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the product.
- Review: Once we receive your email, our team will review the issue and determine if the product qualifies for a return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: If your product is deemed defective, we will provide instructions on how to return it to us. A replacement will be issued, or a refund will be processed upon receipt of the defective product.
Conditions:
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Defective items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items damaged after delivery
Refund Process:
If approved, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear.
